Now That’s What I Call Shakedown is a compilation of the amazing music played here week in week out mixed by our amazing resident DJs. They will be available on a first come first served basis on Tuesday 27th October. Expect the CD to be packed full of your favourite Shakedown anthems, past and present! The night itself promises to be an amazing party to end an epic series of Tuesday nights at Junk throughout September and October with a hint of what to expect throughout November and December! Just make sure you're there early to beat those queues! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Every Student in Southampton know that Tuesday nights mean Shakedown at Junk - having set the standard for midweek clubbing, Bedford Place has followed suit and jumped on the bandwagon - making Tuesday an essential night out in any student's diary. Having kept a full capacity all the way through the Summer, it is nothing short of certain that it will be practically impossible to get into Junk - unless you prepare yourself PROPERLY. Either get yourself a ticket before the night, or GET THERE EARLY! They are easily the best DJ duo on the Southampton student circuit and between them they possess one of the most impressive record collections known to man. It is now much more capable of holding the crowds that flock there week in week out. Urban Underground is the best in R&B, Funky House and Party Classics brilliantly mixed by our Box Bar resident Gavin Foord. Gavin Foord is one of the most in demand DJs in the UK. Currently in the middle of a relentless DJ schedule that takes him right across the South Coast and even as far as Liverpool / Manchester and Leeds and all over London, we've got him week in week out to provide nothing but the best entertainment. With absolutely no let-up throughout September, October and November Gavin 'The Marathon Man' Foord is already looking forward to his next night off in November!
